UDAIPUR, January 17: (Udaipur Kiran). Several parts of Udaipur city will face a five-hour power outage on Friday due to maintenance work, according to the electricity department.

As per officials, power supply will remain suspended from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm in areas connected to the Patel Circle GSS. Affected localities include Machhla Magra Scheme, Swaraj Nagar, Kailash Colony, Jawahar Jain School area, Kaka Hotel zone, Ramsingh Ki Badi, Shahi Complex, Jain Dharamshala, Alok School, Maharana Pratap Colony and Govind Nagar.
In addition, areas linked to the same GSS such as Hiran Magri Sector 11 and Sector 13, MP Colony, Khanjipir, Diwan Shah Colony, Government Press Colony, Salvi Colony, Mograwadi, Shivaji Nagar, Agrasen Nagar, Udaipole, Bus Stand area, Jawahar Nagar, Indranagar Bheeda, Sarv Ritu Vilas and nearby localities will also remain without electricity during this period.
