Chittorgarh, May 18 (Udaipur Kiran) – The electricity department will carry out maintenance work in several parts of Chittorgarh city and nearby areas on Monday, leading to a temporary power shutdown.

According to the department, electricity supply will remain suspended from 8 am to 12 noon in areas connected to the Main Road No. 4 and Bherda Mines feeders.
Officials said the shutdown has been planned for line maintenance, equipment inspection and other technical work aimed at improving the power supply system in the future.
The department has appealed to residents to complete important work in advance to avoid inconvenience during the four-hour shutdown period.
Areas likely to be affected include Shiv Nagar Kachchi Basti, Shantilal Kantilal Petrol Pump area, Moonga Kheda Road, Putholi New Colony, Main Road area, Rangasami Basti, Bherda Road, Chungi Naka, Ganpati Nagar, Ashram Colony, Moonga Ka Kheda, Bherda Mines, Rawaton Ki Chowki and nearby localities.
