Jammu : Police has handed over a lost purse to its owner in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan in Katra on Saturday. Police recovered an unclaimed wallet with cash of Rs 53270 near bathing ghat in Katra. An announcement was made and after that a pilgrim namelySompaul Sing son of Bhalia Ram of Gaziabad approached police and made claim regarding lost purse. After proper verification and satisfaction, the bag wallet was handed over to him.
