Pixel Watch 3 Specifications (Leaked)
The Pixel Watch 3 specifications were revealed in an Android Authority report citing sources at Google. The next wearable will be available in 41mm and 45mm sizes and may also come in cellular and Wi-Fi versions. The larger model may be known as the Pixel Watch 3 XL. Like last year’s Pixel Watch 2, the new model could run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 SoC with a custom processor.
The Pixel Watch 3 is said to be equipped with an Ultra Wideband (UWB) chip. It supports navigation and enables accurate location detection via Google’s Find My Device system. The Pixel Watch 2 did not previously have this function.
Google’s Pixel Watch 3 is said to have smaller bezels and a 2,000 nits brighter display. This is a significant upgrade over the 1000-nit Pixel Watch 2. Both versions are said to have a 4.5mm bezel, compared to 5.5mm on the previous model. The 45mm model’s screen can have a resolution of 456 x 456 pixels, while the smaller version can offer a resolution of 408 x 408 pixels.
The so-called Pixel Watch 3 45mm is said to have a 420mAh battery, up from last year’s 306mAh battery. The 41mm model is said to come with a 310mAh battery.
Finally, the 41mm Pixel Watch 3 is available in black, gold and silver with rose quartz, obsidian, hazelnut and porcelain strap options. The 45mm version is available in black, hazel or silver with hazel, obsidian or porcelain straps.
