Piramal Enterprises raises Rs 500 crore through NCDs

Piramal Enterprises has raised funds aggregating to Rs 500 crore. The Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on November 16, 2018 has allotted 5,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), having the Face Value of Rs 10,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 500 crore on private placement basis. These NCDs are proposed to be listed on Wholesale Debt Market segment of NSE.
