Oppo Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro will soon be available in markets outside of China. The company hosted an artificial intelligence conference in London on Wednesday and unveiled its plans to offer artificial intelligence smartphones to around 50 million users by the end of this year.
At the conference, Oppo announced that it will be working with companies such as Google, MediaTek and Microsoft for future AI-based smartphones. It has also been confirmed that the next-gen Oppo Reno 12 series and Find X flagship will hit the global market.

Global launch of Oppo Reno 12 series, Next Find X flagship
The Oppo Reno 12 series was launched in China in May this year and is sold in several global markets. The next flagship line, Find X, will also be available worldwide. A press release from the London AI Conference confirms that these smartphones will come with AI generator tools such as AI Toolbox, which includes AI Writer and AI Recording Summary.
Although the press release did not provide a specific global launch timeline, GSMArena reports that the company announced during the conference that the Oppo Reno 12 series will launch globally later this month, in June. It also apparently shares the impending launch with an image showing the silhouettes of the two phones.
There is currently no information about the launch date of the next-gen Find X smartphone. The Oppo Find X7 series was unveiled in January this year, so the successor could launch as early as 2025. It should be noted that the Oppo Find X7 and Find X7 Ultra (review) have not been released outside of China.
Specifications of Oppo Reno 12, Reno 12 Pro
The Oppo Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro feature a 6.7-inch 120Hz Full HD+ 1.5K curved OLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The base Oppo Reno 12 has a MediaTek Dimensity 8250 Star Speed Edition SoC, while the Reno 12 Pro has a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ Star Speed Edition chipset. Both phones are powered by a 5000mAh battery with support for 80W SuperVOOC charging.
Optically, the Oppo Reno 12 is equipped with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor, while the Pro version has a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary sensor. In addition to the 50-megapixel front camera, this device has a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with up to 20x digital zoom and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera.
The price of Oppo Reno 12, Reno 12 Pro
The standard price of the Oppo Reno 12 in China starts at RMB 2,699 (approximately Rs. 31,000) for the 12GB + 256GB option, while the Reno 12 Pro is priced at RMB 3,399 (approximately Rs. 39,000) for the same configuration.
