Oppo has officially confirmed that the highly anticipated Find X8 Ultra will launch in April 2025 in China, debunking earlier rumors suggesting a March debut. According to Zhou Yibao, the Oppo Find series product manager, the device will also go on sale within the same month.

What to Expect from the Find X8 Ultra
One of the biggest highlights of the Find X8 Ultra is that it could be the only Ultra smartphone from a Chinese manufacturer in 2025 to feature a flat screen. Zhou also teased that the device will have the “narrowest” something in the world, though he didn’t specify what—likely referring to ultra-slim bezels.
📌 Expected Features:
✔ 6.82-inch 2K OLED display by BOE
✔ 1-inch type main camera for superior photography
✔ Dual periscope telephoto cameras for advanced zoom capabilities
✔ Ultrawide lens for versatile shooting
Oppo’s “Ultra-Thin Small Screen Flagship” is Also Coming
Alongside the Find X8 Ultra, Oppo will unveil a new ultra-thin small screen flagship under the Find X8 lineup. Previously rumored as the Find X8 Mini, the rebranded “Find X8 Next” is expected to directly compete with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge and iPhone 17 Air. Reports suggest that it will measure between 7mm and 7.99mm in thickness, making it one of the slimmest flagship smartphones on the market.
