OnePlus will launch a range of new products including smartphones, tablets, smartwatches and TWS headphones, OnePlus officially announced recently. The official announcement will take place on June 27th in China, but after numerous leaks, the smartphone manufacturer has now started to reveal more information about the upcoming product. After revealing the first images of the new version of the OnePlus Watch 2 and Ace 3 Pro smartphones with the new Glacier battery technology, the brand has now revealed a lot about its upcoming tablet, the OnePlus Pad Pro.
OnePlus Pad Pro specifications
Most of the new information comes from OnePlus’ official Weibo handle. In a series of posts, OnePlus has revealed that its latest premium tablet will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. This is also included in the latest flagship OnePlus 12.
The weight of this tablet is 584 grams and its thickness is 6.49 mm, which makes it seem quite slim. Displays like the OnePlus Pad available today have a 7:5 aspect ratio and thin bezels. The screen resolution is 3000 x 2120 pixels and the pixel density is 303 PPI. It also has a refresh rate of up to 144Hz and offers DC lighting.
Rumored details about the OnePlus Pad Pro
Aside from OnePlus, tipsters continue to reveal more details about the upcoming tablet. Tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked some live images of the upcoming OnePlus Pad Pro tablet.
The design of the tablet seen in the photo closely resembles what OnePlus officially presented on its Weibo handle. However, the leaked images offer a clearer, unobstructed view and show the familiar OnePlus Pad design with rounded edges and a flat screen, although it looks slightly larger than the standard model. The flat screen appears to have a thinner bezel and may also support a stylus. It is not clear whether the OnePlus-branded stylus shown in the image will also be unveiled at the event alongside the tablet.
In addition to the leaked images of the OnePlus Pad Pro, a new keyboard accessory can also be seen. It appears to have a proper laptop keyboard with directional keys and also offers a much larger trackpad unlike older models. The back of the tablet appears to have an adjustable stand.
