UDAIPUR, July 27: The office for the MP Swadeshi Fair, scheduled to be held in Udaipur from October 2 to 5, was inaugurated in the presence of revered saint Dr. Mukti Sagar Sureshwar Maharaj.
Fair Convenor Manoj Joshi said the programme began at 8:00 AM with Vedic blessings and the chanting of auspicious hymns by the saint. Udaipur MP Dr. Mannalal Rawat performed the office worship ceremony and interacted with Office In-charge Brijmohan Bhati to review the preparations.
Inauguration Held with Religious Rituals
Before the office was formally inaugurated, the ceremonial opening was performed with the blessings of Dr. Mukti Sagar Sureshwar Maharaj, while the auspicious ribbon knot was untied by MP Dr. Mannalal Rawat.
A large number of entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs, and members of the public attended the programme.
Preparations Begin for Four-Day Swadeshi Fair
Joshi said preparations for the MP Swadeshi Fair have officially begun with the inauguration of the office. More than 300 stalls showcasing indigenous products will be set up during the four-day event.
He said the fair aims to create greater awareness about products manufactured in India and encourage people to purchase indigenous goods.
