In the first ministerial visit from India to North Korea in nearly 20 years, Minister of State for External Affairs VK Singh held talks with his North Korean counterpart and a host of other leaders.
The minister who is on a two-day official trip to North Korea, held discussions with Kim Yong Dae, Vice President of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly, Foreign Minister, Minister of Culture and Vice Foreign Minister of DPRK on a range of issues covering political, regional, economic, educational and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
