🌧️ Delhi-NCR

8:00 AM: Yamuna river level at Old Railway Bridge rises to 207 metres, above the danger mark of 205.33.

10:00 AM: Floodwater enters low-lying areas including Yamuna Bazar, Old Usmanpur, Garhi Mandu, Tibetan Market and Monastery Market.

12:00 Noon: All schools in Delhi remain closed; over 12,000 residents evacuated to safer places.

🌧️ Uttar Pradesh
