Major Administrative Reshuffle in Madhya Pradesh: 62 IPS Officers Transferred

Bhopal, May 3: The Home Department of Madhya Pradesh has announced the transfer of 62 IPS officers, impacting senior ranks and district-level postings across the state. The orders were issued late Saturday night.

In the new directives, Ravi Kumar Gupta has been appointed as the Special DGP for Training and given charge as the Director of the Police Academy located in Bhouri, Bhopal. Rajababu Singh has been designated as ADGP for Railways.

DP Gupta will now oversee community policing, RTI, public service guarantee, cooperative fraud, police regulations, and research and development. Solomon Yash Kumar Minj has been assigned to the Complaint Cell, Human Rights, and Welfare Accounting Department.

Amit Singh has been transferred to the position of DIG of Armed Forces in the Indore Range, while Avadhesh Kumar Goswami has been posted as DIG at the Police Headquarters in Bhopal. Amit Sanghi has been moved to the position of DIG Home Guard/SDERF in Bhopal.

Virendra Kumar Singh has become the DIG of Narmadapuram Range, and Prashant Khare has been sent to the Police Headquarters. Manish Kumar Agarwal has been appointed as DIG at the Police Headquarters.

Manoj Kumar Rai, Riyaz Iqbal, Rahul Kumar Lodha, and Shimala Prasad have also been transferred to various DIG positions at the headquarters.

At the district level, Asit Yadav has been transferred to the Gwalior Range, Vivek Singh to the Shahdol Range, Shailendra Singh Chauhan as Additional Commissioner (Law and Order) in Bhopal, Kumar Pratik as DIG Narcotics in Indore, Shivdayal to the headquarters, Mayank Awasthi as Additional Commissioner in Indore, and Arvind Tiwari as Commandant of the 34th Battalion in Dhar.

Suraj Kumar Verma has been appointed as SP in Bhind, Yangchen Dolkar Bhutia as SP in Shivpuri, Gurukaran Singh as SP in Rewa, Deepak Shukla as Commandant of the 32nd Battalion in Ujjain, Aman Singh Rathore as DCP in Indore, Anurag Sujania as SP in Sagar, Sachin Sharma as SP in Dhar, Wahini Singh as SP in PTC Indore, Vikas Kumar Sahawal as DCP in Bhopal, Dharmraj Meena as SP in Morena, Sameer Saurabh as SSP Radio Bhopal, Rajat Saklecha as SP in Chhatarpur, and Agam Jain as SP in Khandwa. Manish Khatri has been appointed as AIG at the headquarters, Sunil Kumar Mehta as DCP in Indore, and Devendra Kumar Patidar as SP in Jhabua.

Ramsharan Prajapati has been designated as AIG at the headquarters, Sundar Singh Kanesh as SP Rail in Jabalpur, Rajesh Vyas as SP in Neemuch, Vinod Kumar Singh as Commandant of the 24th Battalion in Ratlam, Pankaj Kumar Pandey as SP Rural in Bhopal, Prakash Chandra Parihar as SP in Pandhurna, Dilip Kumar Soni as SP in Agar Malwa, Rajendra Kumar Verma as SP Rural in Indore, Vikrant Murab as SP in Anuppur, Surendra Kumar Jain as SP in Mauganj, Ashish Khare as SP in Dindori, and Ankit Jaiswal as SP Railway in Bhopal.

Rajesh Raghuvanshi has been appointed as SP in Mandla, Motiur Rahman as Commandant of the 9th Battalion in Rewa, Shrutakirti Somvanshi as Commandant of the 13th Battalion in Gwalior, Mayur Khandelwal as SP in Datia, Sonakshi Saxena as SP in Sehore, Shiyaz KM as SP in Singrauli, Anand Kaladgi as SP in Damoh, Krishna Lal Chandani as SP in Seoni, Ayush Gupta as DCP in Bhopal, Aadarshkant Shukla as DCP in Bhopal, Narendra Rawat as DCP in Indore, and Abhishek Ranjan as DCP in Indore.
