L&T Technology Services has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 25, 2018, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon and to declare interim dividend, if any. Further, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Internal Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Directors/Officers & Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons of the Company defined under the Code from October 18, 2018 till 48 hours of the announcement of financial results, up to October 27, 2018.
