UDAIPUR : At a joint press conference held on Monday in Udaipur, various Kshatriya organisations declared their opposition to BJP in the Lok Sabha elections.

Shri Rajput Karni Sena, Shri Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena, Kshatriya Yuva Mahasabha, and others said they would not support BJP in Udaipur, Banswara-Dungarpur, and Chittorgarh Lok Sabha seats in Mewar region.
Representatives of the Kshatriya organisations said they had always supported the BJP, but now the BJP was working to suppress them.
They said BJP leaders were making unchecked statements against Kshatriyas and the BJP’s IT cell was branding independent Barmer candidate and Sheo MLA Ravindra Singh Bhati as a traitor.
They called it an assault on Kshatriya community by the BJP and warned that they would respond appropriately.
