Mumbai, August 5: Kim Kardashian’s fashion brand Skims is set to enter the Indian market through an exclusive partnership with Reliance Brands Limited (RBL). As part of the collaboration, the brand’s first retail stores in India will open in Delhi and Mumbai, while Reliance will also manage its digital business in the country.

Founded in 2019 by Kim Kardashian and Jens Grede, Skims is globally known for its shapewear, underwear, and comfort-focused apparel designed with an emphasis on inclusivity and body positivity.
Commenting on the partnership, Isha Ambani, Director of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, said Skims has transformed the global perception of shape, comfort, and inclusivity. She added that the brand aligns well with the aspirations of India’s new-generation consumers who seek fashion that is both functional and personalized.
Kim Kardashian, Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Skims, said the brand was built on the belief that everyone should feel comfortable and confident in what they wear. She also expressed excitement about bringing Skims to Indian customers, acknowledging the strong interest the brand has already received from the country.
The expansion will be carried out in phases. Following its debut in Delhi and Mumbai, Skims plans to gradually expand its retail presence and digital operations to other Indian cities.
