Police has arrested 11 accused so far suspected to be involved in the hooch tragedy.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh to the next of kin of each of the deceased, an official statement said. In Kanpur district, four people died in the hooch tragedy yesterday.
