JSW Steel to invest Rs 350 crore to set up two pipe conveyor projects: Report

JSW Steel will reportedly invest around Rs 350 crore in order to set up two pipe conveyor projects that would transport ore from the mines to its plant in the state of Karnataka. The projects, which will be completed by the end of 2018-19, will save the company as much money – around Rs 350 crore – in annual logistics cost to transport the raw material.

JSW Steel is one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in India having units in Karnataka and Maharashtra producing crude steel, long steel and flat steel products.
