Jaipur, June 26 (Udaipur Kiran): The Jalor team of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Wednesday arrested journalist Mukesh Kumar Sundesha of Marwar Patrika Jalor for taking a bribe of Rs. 50,000 from the complainant.

Anti-Corruption Bureau Director General Dr. Ravi Prakash Mehra said that the ACB headquarters received a complaint from the complainant that Jalor journalist Mukesh Kumar Sundesha was demanding a bribe of Rs. 50,000 for facilitating earning through government work and not publishing news in the newspaper.
On this, the ACB Jalor team under the leadership of Additional Superintendent of Police Mahavir Singh Ranawat, carried out a trap operation and arrested journalist Mukesh Kumar Sundesha while taking a bribe of Rs. 50,000.
Under the supervision of ACB’s Additional Director General of Police Smita Srivastava, interrogation of the accused and searches at his residence and other places are going on. ACB will register a case under the Prevention of Corruption Act and conduct further investigation.
