Jaykay Enterprises shines as its arm bags order worth Rs 60.01 crore

Mumbai, August 26 (Udaipur Kiran): Jaykay Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 162.00, up by 3.15 points or 1.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 158.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 165.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 167.05 and Rs. 154.80 respectively. So far 29629 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 244.00 on 04-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 116.00 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 167.05 and Rs. 144.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2042.90 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.19%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.17% and 34.64% respectively.

Jaykay Enterprises’ step-down subsidiary — Allen Reinforced Plastics (Allen) has received an order worth around Rs 60.01 crore (inclusive of GST) from BrahMos Aerospace. The order is for the manufacture of composite parts.

Earlier, the company had received an order from Brahmos Aerospace for manufacture of PCB Warhead Casing Assembly.

Jaykay Enterprises manufactures synthetic yarns, fibres and fabrics, portland and white cement, chemicals, fertilisers, pharmaceuticals and synthetic fibre-making machinery, and chemicals, and develops renewable energy sources.
