iQOO Z9 Turbo+ was on Tuesday launched in China. The smartphone features a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC along with a dedicated Q1 gaming chipset, up to 16GB of RAM and a 6,400mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. The phone features a 6.78-inch 1.5K display and a 50-megapixel dual rear camera unit and a 16-megapixel front camera sensor. It comes with an infrared along with an in-display fingerprint sensor. The new devices will complement already existing devices in the country, including the iQoo Z9 Turbo, iQoo Z9, and iQoo Z9x.

The price for the iQOO Z9 Turbo+ in China would be starting at CNY 2,299 that is equivalent to Rs. 27,300 with the base model that comes bundled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Other available variations are CNY 2,599 equivalent to approximately Rs. 30,900), at CNY 2,499 equivalent to around Rs. 29,700, and finally at CNY 2,899 equivalent to about Rs. 34,500 with the 16GB + 512GB variant. It shall be available in three different color variations of Midnight Black, Moonlight Shadow Titanium and Starlight White, translated directly from Chinese.

The dual-SIM (Nano+Nano) iQOO Z9 Turbo+ features a 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,260 x 2,800 pixels) AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC along with a dedicated Q1 chipset for gaming and an Arm Immortalis-G720 GPU. It supports up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS4.0 onboard storage. The handset runs Android 14-based OriginOS 4 out of the box.

On the other side, the front panel of the device is equipped with a 16-megapixel camera setup accompanied by an f/2.45 aperture for taking selfies and to record video calls.
The handset is powered by a 6,400mAh battery and supports up to 80W fast charging. Connectivity options include support for 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, OTG, NFC, GPS, Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, NavIC and USB Type-C port. The device also includes an in-display fingerprint sensor that can be used for biometric authentication. It measures 163.72×75.88×7.98mm and weighs 196g.
