iQoo Neo 9s Pro series (including the iQoo Neo 9s Pro+ and Neo 9s Pro models) is coming soon. Rumors about the Neo 9s series have been doing the rounds for a while now, but recent reports suggest that after the launch of the iQoo Neo 9 Pro in India, there will be not just one but two models for the Neo 9s series. The same report also sheds light on the specifications of the alleged iQoo Neo 9 Pro, which could be one of the first phones to come with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset. Now, details of the more expensive model, the iQoo Neo 9s Pro+, have been leaked by a well-informed source on a Chinese microblogging website.

The news came via a post on the Weibo website that revealed many details about the upcoming smartphone from digital consultant Chat Station. In an earlier report, the same tipster revealed that the unannounced smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. In their latest post, the source said that the iQoo Neo 9s Pro+ is being marketed as a mid-range device (high-end device in India) and is expected to launch later this year. This also means that you may not be able to activate two phones at the same time.
The source also adds that the iQoo Neo 9s Pro+ will feature a 6.78-inch display with a resolution of 1.5K (2800 x 1260 pixels) and a refresh rate of 144Hz. It also features 2160Hz pulse width modulation (PWM) and DC dimming.
The device is said to have a 50-megapixel main camera and will be available in two variants. The first is a 16GB + 512GB RAM and storage configuration and the second is a 16GB + 1TB variant. He also claims that the phone will have a discrete GPU, similar to the iQoo 12, with a Q1 supercomputing chip working in conjunction with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.
According to sources, the phone will come to India at a very competitive price as it will be powered by a mid-range or lower-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC globally.
Earlier this year, iQoo launched the Neo 9 Pro smartphone in India. This smartphone had a two-tone vegan leather back. It is currently selling for Rs. 34,999 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and Q1 iQoo co-processor. This phone comes with a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel and 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The phone packs a 5160mAh battery and offers 120W wired charging via the charger.
