Beijing, October 23 (Udaipur Kiran): The upcoming iQOO Neo 11, set to debut in China on October 30, has surfaced on Geekbench, revealing key hardware details ahead of its official launch. The benchmark listing confirms that the affordable flagship will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, positioning it to compete with devices like the OnePlus Ace 6, Redmi K90, and Realme GT 8 in the Chinese market.
iQOO Neo 11 Geekbench Details
According to the Geekbench listing, a Vivo smartphone with model number V2520A—widely believed to be the iQOO Neo 11—achieved scores of 2,936 (single-core) and 8,818 (multi-core). The listing also confirms 16GB of RAM and Android 16 as the operating system.
The same model was previously spotted on China’s 3C certification website, revealing support for 100W fast charging, suggesting that the Neo 11 will deliver strong performance and rapid charging capabilities at a competitive price point.
Key Specifications (Expected)
The iQOO Neo 11 will sport a 6.78-inch BOE Q10+ OLED display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Powering the device will be a massive 7,500mAh battery paired with 100W fast charging support. The smartphone will run on OriginOS 6, based on Android 16.
For photography, the Neo 11 is expected to feature a 50MP primary camera with OIS and an ultra-wide secondary sensor. Other notable features include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, a metal middle frame, and IP68/69 water and dust resistance.
The device will be offered in four colour options — black, white, orange, and purple.
Global and India Launch Plans
While iQOO has already confirmed that the Neo 11 will debut in China on October 30, the iQOO 15 is expected to arrive in India in November 2025. However, it remains unclear if the Neo 11 will launch alongside it. Reports indicate that the iQOO Neo 11 may enter the Indian market in Q1 2026.
