iPhone 16 Pro Leaked Renders Suggest New Design With Capture Button

iPhone 16 Pro is expected to be released in September this year. Earlier leaks and reports about the phone hinted at some key specifications and some design changes. A new report has recently surfaced showing leaked CAD renderings of the iPhone 16 Pro. The renders hint at the phone’s possible design. The upcoming iPhone 16 series includes the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus and iPhone 16 Pro Max. They are intended to be successors to the iPhone 15 series of smartphones, which Apple released in September 2023.

Leaked CAD renderings of the iPhone 16 Pro shared by 91mobiles show a new button on the right edge of the phone, below the power button. It is said to be a record button that has a capacitive touch screen and acts as a shutter button to take photos or videos. The button also allows users to adjust the focus and zoom levels.

The report also claims that the action button on the iPhone 16 Pro will be larger than the previous iPhone 15 Pro. According to the report, the phone will measure 149.6 x 71.4 x 8.4 mm, making it larger than the older model . It also typically has a 6.3-inch display with thinner bezels.

Additionally, the iPhone 16 Pro’s rear camera module is said to have the same design as the iPhone 15 Pro. In the leaked renders, the module is equipped with three camera sensors, a LiDAR module, a microphone, and a flash. It is expected to have a 5x tetraprism telephoto lens and a 48MP ultra-wide-angle camera. The phone is said to pack a massive 3355mAh battery.

It was recently reported that the iPhone 16 Pro will come in Desert Titanium and Titanium Grey. The first shade is said to be similar to the gold version of the iPhone 14 Pro models, while the second is the space gray version available on the iPhone 6.
