Ion Exchange (India) trades higher on the BSE

Ion Exchange (India) is currently trading at Rs. 536.65, up by 7.85 points or 1.48% from its previous closing of Rs. 528.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 529.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 538.00 and Rs. 528.50 respectively. So far 9046 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 687.55 on 20-Oct-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 318.64 on 27-Apr-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 538.05 and Rs. 490.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7816.60 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 26.46%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.14% and 56.39% respectively.

Ion Exchange (India) has been awarded a Contract from Material Construction, UAE for Engineering, Manufacturing, Delivery to site, supervision of erection, commissioning and start-up of Desalinated water unit for a project in North Africa at a contract value of Rs 250.65 crore excluding VAT and other taxes. The project is to be completed within 7 months from the date of approval of Engineering.
