Mumbai (Udaipur Kiran News): Shares of Insolation Energy Ltd gained on Thursday after its wholly owned subsidiary Insolation Green Energy announced the incorporation of a new unit, GNPR Green Infra, to focus on renewable energy projects.

The stock was trading at ₹210.05 on the BSE, up 1.13% or ₹2.35 from its previous close of ₹207.70. It opened at ₹208.30 and touched a high of ₹212.80 and a low of ₹206.30 during the session, with nearly 67,000 shares traded so far.
Over the past year, the scrip has touched a 52-week high of ₹475.00 (8 Nov 2024) and a low of ₹189.95 (15 Sep 2025). The current market capitalization stands at ₹4,623.90 crore. Promoters hold 66.02%, while institutional investors own 1.36% and non-institutional investors 32.62%.
The newly incorporated GNPR Green Infra will serve as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for solar power plant development. Its scope will include design, supply, erection, testing, commissioning, and O&M services for renewable energy projects, including rooftop solar photovoltaic systems.
