Infinix has announced that it will launch its second GT series smartphone in India on May 21. This smartphone called Infinix GT 20 Pro is equipped with a MediaTek processor with an AMOLED screen. According to the company, the device will feature the so-called Cybermecha Design 2.0.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro is expected to come with a 6.78-inch 10-bit FHD+ AMOLED eye-care display with a refresh rate of 144Hz and a touch sampling rate of 360Hz. The company says it has worked with JBL to improve the audio experience on the device.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate processor paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. As mentioned above, this device uses the concept of “Cybermecha Design 2.0”.
Infinix announced that it has partnered with Pixelworks to integrate its X5 Turbo gaming display chipset into its smartphones. This chip ensures frame rates over 90 fps and an unparalleled gaming experience from SDR to HDR.
The device is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 45W safe charging and Infinix’s proprietary VC Chamber cooling technology. Infinix GT 20 Pro runs on the latest XOS14 based on Android 14. The company promises three years of security patch updates and two Android upgrades.
