Indian Hotels Company surges on signing Gateway hotel in Gurugram

Mumbai, May 7 (Udaipur Kiran): Indian Hotels Company is currently trading at Rs. 661.65, up by 13.30 points or 2.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 648.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 650.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 665.60 and Rs. 650.00 respectively. So far 58009 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 814.40 on 06-May-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 565.25 on 02-Apr-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 668.40 and Rs. 577.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 94629.77 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 45.92% and 15.96% respectively.

Indian Hotels Company has signed a Gateway hotel in Sector 83, Gurugram, Haryana. This is a greenfield project. The 220 key hotel features an all day dining restaurant, a bar and a specialty restaurant. Guests can explore the state of the art gym and unwind by the swimming pool. Designed to cater to corporate gatherings and social events, the hotel houses a banquet hall spanning 7,000 sq. ft.

With the addition of this hotel, the company will have 15 hotels in Haryana, including 6 under development.
