According to the IMD, many places in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, the sub-Himalayan region of West Bengal, and Sikkim are likely to receive rainfall. Winds in these areas are expected to reach speeds of 30 to 40 kilometres per hour, with gusts up to 50 kilometres per hour. In Telangana, wind speeds may rise to 40 to 50 kilometres per hour, with gusts potentially reaching 60 kilometres per hour. Coastal Andhra Pradesh is also expected to experience winds of 30 to 40 kilometres per hour.

In Himachal Pradesh, rain is likely at some locations on Saturday. The IMD has issued a forecast for scattered to heavy rainfall in the state from 30 October to 2 November. The impact of this weather system will also be felt on 31 October. However, no heavy rainfall alert has been issued for the state for this day. The IMD has not mentioned any specific wind speed or storm warning for Friday. Cloud movement and localised rainfall remain possible in the hilly areas, and people are advised to exercise caution while travelling on hilly roads.

Jammu and Kashmir is also expected to see light rain in some areas on 31 October. The IMD has forecast scattered to some rainfall in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and nearby regions from 30 October to 2 November. No major rainfall alert or warning for heavy rain has been issued for Jammu and Kashmir for 31 October. Weather conditions are not expected to be uniform across the region, with some areas experiencing cloudy skies while others remain normal.

In Uttar Pradesh, the spell of rainfall is likely to continue on Saturday. The IMD has predicted scattered rainfall in some parts of eastern and western Uttar Pradesh. However, the extent of rainfall is expected to be less than on 30 October. On Friday, several parts of the state received rain. Bijnor in western Uttar Pradesh recorded 10 centimetres of rainfall. Thunderstorms and strong winds were also observed in many areas. For 31 October, the IMD has not issued any specific alert for strong winds in the state, and it is unlikely that all areas will experience storms despite the rain. The IMD has also issued advice for farmers in Uttar Pradesh.

Bihar is expected to receive light to scattered rain in some places on 31 October. On 30 October, rain occurred in several parts of the state, but the coverage will decrease on Friday. No new alert for heavy rainfall has been issued for Bihar for this day. However, due to recent rains, some areas may experience waterlogging. The IMD has warned of a low to moderate risk of sudden flooding in some catchment areas of East Champaran and Sitamarhi districts until 11:30 am on 31 October. This means rainfall in the next 24 hours could cause water accumulation in low-lying areas. Farmers are advised to maintain drainage in their fields.

Delhi will see cloudy skies on Saturday, but no rainfall is forecast for the city. The maximum temperature is expected to be between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature may range from 15 to 17 degrees Celsius.
