The company announced that it will launch the smartphone on September 14 at 12:30 p.m. However, the price of the Honor 90 5G is not yet known, but the company is positioning the phone in the premium segment. HonorTech’s next flagship smartphone will be available on Amazon.

HonorTech advertises smartphone displays and cameras. The company’s CEO, Madhav Sheth, shared a video on X praising the Honor 90 5G’s display. This video shows that this panel supports 3840Hz flicker-free PWM dimming. The company claims that this eye-comfort technology is great for long-term use. The quad-curved display also supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, DCI-P3 color space, and 1600 nits maximum brightness.
The company also confirmed that the smartphone will feature a 200-megapixel main camera and a 50-megapixel selfie camera. The Honor 90 runs MagicOS 7.1 based on Android 13 and has a 5,000 mAh battery. The company has not confirmed the fast charging capability of this smartphone.
Honor announced that MagicOS 7.1 will be developed not only on Android, but also on PC and IoT platforms. This means that smartphones can connect to devices running different operating systems at the system level. In addition, the operating system allows users to use HonorShare to control their Honor laptops, smartphones and tablets via keyboard and mouse.
Users can also take advantage of MagicOS 7.1’s multi-screen collaboration feature to share the screen, keyboard, and mouse across multiple devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
