High Court’s Significant Order Considering the Livelihood of Workers at Zawar Mines

Udaipur : The High Court has issued an important order considering the livelihood of workers at Zawar Mines. The court stated that the forced closure of the mines cannot be ignored.

The government and administration have been directed to take this matter seriously and ensure the resumption of work at Zawar Mines. The court has ordered the District Collector and Superintendent of Police of Udaipur and Salumbar to take immediate action to restart the mines and factory.

For the past three days, antisocial elements have forcibly halted work at Zawar Mines, blocking the access routes and the mine gates. This shutdown has affected 7,000 workers and employees.

The court, taking this issue seriously, emphasized that antisocial elements cannot be allowed to disrupt factory and mine operations.
