The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification for the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination 2024. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website, ssc.gov.in.
Vacancies
This exam will be used to recruit Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretarial Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant (PA)/Sorting Assistant (SA) and Data Entry Operator (DEO) in central departments. The vacancy break-up will be released later by the commission for the number of vacancies according to the departments and posts.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: 12th pass.
- Age Limit: 18 to 27 years. SC, ST, OBC will be given age relaxation as per government rules.

Fee
The fee for the candidates has been fixed at Rs 100. SC, ST, disabled, women and ex-servicemen are exempted from payment of fee.
Salary
Rs 19,900 – 81,100 per month.
How to apply
Before applying for this recruitment, candidates have to go to the new website of the commission and do One-Time-Registration (OTR). Candidates will have to fill the OTR number in the form during the application for CHSL exam 2024. After that, they will be able to submit the form by entering the details.
