Udaipur, June 24 — In a shocking incident, a French tourist was allegedly raped in Udaipur after being lured to a rented flat by the accused following a party at a local café. The incident occurred on Monday evening in the Badgaon police station area.

According to police reports, the accused had first met the 22-year-old tourist at The Greek Form Café & Resto, located near Tiger Hill, where both were attending a party. Following the party, the man convinced the woman to accompany him under the pretext of showing her scenic views and suggested stepping outside for a smoke.
He then took her to his rented apartment in Sukher, where the assault took place.
