Mumbai, July 23: The first song titled ‘Radha Ramna’ from the romantic drama film ‘Romanchakam’, directed by renowned South Indian filmmaker Venu Gopal Reddy, was released on Thursday and has been well received by fans.
Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga shared the song’s poster on the social media platform X, expressing his excitement: “I am very happy to present the first song from the film ‘Romanchakam’. This song has been with me since the beginning of our musical journey. When I heard this song, it reminded me of why we made this film. I hope it finds a place in everyone’s heart just as it has in mine.”
The song features vocals and music by Vasuki Vaibhav, with lyrics penned by Chandrabose.
The excitement for the film has increased following the release of a glimpse a few weeks ago. The initial scenes showcase the characters played by Sumanth Prabhas and Anantika Sunil Kumar deeply in love. However, as the video progresses, it hints at a shift where the characters start to hate each other.
Actor Upendra Limaye’s role also adds to the audience’s curiosity, with indications that he plays a police officer in the film.
In addition to Upendra Limaye, Sumanth Prabhas, and Anantika Sunil Kumar, the film features several other artists, including Venkatesh Kakumanu, Narendra Ravi, Mani Egurola, and Sai Sohan. The cinematography is handled by Pawan Papula, while the music is composed by Vasuki Vaibhav. The film is set to release in theaters worldwide on September 3.
