According to the FIR, the complainant, Prateek Raj Mathur, CEO and line producer of Radha Films & Hospitality, was appointed as the line producer for the film ‘Love & War’. He claims to have made all necessary arrangements for the production and handled administrative as well as government-related tasks. However, he alleges that after completing these arrangements, he was removed from the project without receiving any payment.

Mathur further stated that when he arrived at Narendra Bhawan Hotel in Bikaner, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, along with production manager Utkarsh Bali and Arvind Gill, allegedly misbehaved with him, pushed him, and refused to sign any agreement. CI Govind Singh Charan of Beechwal Police Station confirmed that after the initial complaint was not registered by the police, the complainant approached the court, following which an order was issued and the FIR was lodged.
