Udaipur, May 31 – In a moment of national recognition, Padma Shri Kailash Chandra Agrawal ‘Manav’, Founder Chairman of Udaipur-based Narayan Seva Sansthan, has been conferred with the prestigious Laxmipat Singhania – IIM Lucknow National Leadership Award 2023–24. The award was presented in the Community Service and Social Upliftment category for his four-decade-long commitment to empowering the differently-abled and promoting humanitarian values.
The award ceremony was held in New Delhi in the esteemed presence of Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, who presented the award personally. Accepting the honour on behalf of the founder, Prashant Agrawal, President of Narayan Seva Sansthan, said the award reflects national recognition of Kailash Manav’s lifetime of selfless service.
“This is not just an honour for our institution, but a celebration of hope for millions of differently-abled individuals whose lives have been transformed by his vision,” Agrawal stated.

The function was attended by leading dignitaries including Bharat Hari Singhania, President of JK Organisation, Raghupati Singhania, Vice President, award jury chair N.K. Singh, and Prof. M.P. Gupta, Director of IIM Lucknow.
