Vivek Tiwari died after he was allegedly shot at by a police constable in Lucknow on Saturday after he allegedly refused to stop his car for police checking.
The constable and his colleague have been arrested and a murder case has been registered against them.
Meanwhile, UP government has assured all possible assistance to Vivek’s family. State cabinet minister Brajesh Pathak said that strict action will be taken against those responsible.
