Udaipur: Mohanlal Sukhadia University has conferred a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree upon Dr. Shweta Audichya from the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Commerce & Management. Her research, titled “The Barriers and Enablers to Leadership Development: A Critical Study of Women Leaders from Selected Fields with Special Reference to Southern Rajasthan”, sheds light on the challenges and facilitators in the development of women leadership across various sectors.

Under the guidance of Dr. Deepti Bhargav, Principal of Shrinathji Institute of Biotechnology and Management, Dr. Shweta conducted an in-depth case study analysis of women leaders in Southern Rajasthan, highlighting the structural, societal, and organizational challenges they face while advancing in leadership roles.
