Dilip Buildcon Gains After Securing LoA for 100 MW Solar PV Power Project

Mumbai, October 7 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Dilip Buildcon edged higher after the company announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for developing a 100 MW grid-connected ground-mounted solar PV power project under captive mode. The project will supply power to Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam (MPJNM) for a period of 25 years from the date of commissioning.

The stock is currently trading at ₹517.25, up ₹2.80 or 0.54% from its previous close of ₹514.45 on the BSE. It opened at ₹524.00 and touched an intraday high of ₹531.35 and a low of ₹516.45. So far, 23,113 shares have been traded on the counter. The company’s market capitalization stands at ₹8,396.77 crore.

Over the past 52 weeks, the scrip has touched a high of ₹587.90 (September 24, 2025) and a low of ₹363.45 (January 28, 2025). The promoters hold 63.14%, while institutional investors own 8.64% and non-institutional investors hold 28.21%.

The project, to be executed through DBL-APMPL (JV) — with Dilip Buildcon holding 74% and APMPL 26% — will be developed in Ramnagar and Dhanwada villages, Suwasra tehsil, Mandsaur district. The required 315 acres of land will be provided by MPJNM.

The move marks Dilip Buildcon’s growing presence in the renewable energy sector, diversifying beyond its core business in road and irrigation infrastructure, which includes construction of state and national highways, city roads, culverts, and bridges.
