New Delhi, July 10 (Udaipur Kiran): The price of crude oil in the international market is showing a downward trend. Brent crude has dropped by one dollar to about $85 per barrel, and WTI crude is around $82 per barrel. However, public sector oil and gas marketing companies have not made any changes to the prices of petrol and diesel on Wednesday.
In early trading on the third day of the week in the international market, Brent crude was down by $0.12, or 0.14%, trading at $84.54 per barrel. Similarly, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude was down by $0.05, or 0.06%, trading at $81.36 per barrel.
According to Indian Oil’s website, petrol and diesel prices in major cities remain unchanged:
- Delhi: Petrol at ₹94.72, Diesel at ₹87.62 per liter
- Mumbai: Petrol at ₹103.44, Diesel at ₹89.97 per liter
- Kolkata: Petrol at ₹103.94, Diesel at ₹90.76 per liter
- Chennai: Petrol at ₹100.75, Diesel at ₹92.34 per liter
