Mumbai : Maharashtra logged 48,270 fresh Covid-19 cases and 52 deaths, the authorities said on Saturday. The figure was 46,197 a day earlier.
A total of 42,391 patients recovered from the virus in the state, taking number of recoveries to 70.09,823. There are 2,64,331 active corona patients in Maharashtra.
In Mumbai, 5,008 new corona cases were detected and 12 fatalities were recorded. The recovery rate was 97 per cent.
