” They had never brought up the parking issue before and suddenly on monday they took law in their hands. Glasses of some 8-10 vehicles were shattered and they disturbed the entire area with the hooliganism. They even tried to be physical with the cops  and hence a case has been initiated by the police itself as none of the vehicle owners come up with a complaint” Hingad said. Two have been arrested while six have been detained and the case has been registered under sections 143, 149, 283, 186 and 427 of the IPC.
