New Delhi, May 12, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran) — The wait for Central Board of Secondary Education Class 12 students is likely to end soon as the board is expected to announce the 2026 results shortly.
Students will be able to check their results on the official websites CBSE Official Website and CBSE Results Portal. Results will also be available through DigiLocker and the UMANG App.
After DigiLocker, the UMANG platform has also updated its portal with a “Coming Soon” message for the CBSE Class 12 result. The update has increased anticipation among students and parents, with indications that results may be declared anytime this week.
However, the board has not yet officially confirmed the exact date and time for the declaration of results.
A few days ago, Examination Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj had stated that the Class 12 results could be announced in the third week of May 2026.
This year, CBSE evaluated answer sheets digitally, a move expected to simplify the re-evaluation process and reduce chances of calculation errors.

How to Check Result on DigiLocker
Students can also access their digital marksheets through DigiLocker by following these steps:
- Visit the DigiLocker website or download the app
- Log in using Aadhaar number or mobile number
- New users can register through the Sign Up option
- Select the “Education” category and choose CBSE
- Click on “Class XII Marksheet”
- Enter roll number and admit card ID
- The digital marksheet will appear on the screen for download
