Jaipur, August 11 (Udaipur Kiran): A tragic accident occurred in the Ramnagariya area late Saturday night when a speeding car crashed into a truck. Three people, including two students, lost their lives in the accident. According to reports, one student was pursuing B.Tech in London, while the other was studying BBA at a college in Jaipur. The collision was so severe that the front of the car was completely destroyed. The driver’s body was trapped inside the car, and it took an hour to remove it.

Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jaipur East, Kavendra Singh Sagar, stated that the accident happened around 1:30 AM at the NRI Circle in Ramnagariya. The car, traveling at high speed, collided with a truck. The victims were identified as Amish (19), son of Rajiv Wadhwa from Mansarovar, and Vedant (19), son of Girdhar Ahluwalia from Palm Colony, Jagatpura. Both were critically injured and rushed to Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, where doctors declared them dead on arrival. The police placed their bodies in the hospital morgue and handed them over to the families after a post-mortem on Sunday morning.

The investigation revealed that the car belonged to Vedant. The driver, Vikas, was also found dead, trapped inside the vehicle. His body was later sent to the SMS Hospital mortuary. Vikas was living in a rented house in Sitapura. The families of Amish and Vedant were informed by the police late at night.

The police reported that the car was heading towards Jawahar Circle from Pratap Nagar when it crashed into the truck, which was turning and carrying vegetables. Vedant was studying B.Tech in London and was in Jaipur for holidays, while Amish was a BBA student at Jaipur Engineering College and Research Center.
