BSNL has officially announced via its X (formerly Twitter) handle that BiTV will be available free of cost to users subscribed to any BSNL mobile plan, including the lowest-tier voice-only packs. This move comes in compliance with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) directive, which encourages affordable telecom services for Indian consumers.
