Udaipur, September 4 (Kiran News): The Bohra community in Udaipur celebrated Eid Milad-un-Nabi, marking the 12th day of Rabi-ul-Awwal in the Misri Islamic calendar, with great enthusiasm, devotion, and festivity.

On Wednesday night, a Mehfil-e-Milad was organised at Khanpura Mosque in Chhoti Bohrawadi, where several naatkhwans including Asrar Ahmed Jawariawala & Party, Muzammil KR & Party, and Sarfaraz Muhib & Party recited naats and qasidas in honour of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). Janab Ali Asgar Khilonawala highlighted the life and personality of the Prophet. After the gathering, tabarruk was distributed by the Khanpura Mosque Committee.
To mark the occasion, Bohra community mosques in Khanpura, Rasoolpura, Wazihpura, Moiadpura, Chamanpura, Kharol Colony, Khanjipir, and the Dawoodi Bohra Jamaat office were illuminated with colourful lights. On Thursday evening, a collective niyaz was organised at the Bohrawadi Jamaatkhana.
