Quick trading platform Blinkit recently announced that it will deliver the newly launched Sony PlayStation 5 Slim Edition to your door in just 10 minutes. The company also announced that this gaming console will be available in the app for customers to order.
The social media platform X (formerly Twitter) will also allow customers to order both versions of the PS5 Slim console via the app, announced CEO Albinder Dindesa. Once you have placed your order, your Blinkit will be delivered to you (as directed on the label). New consoles are delivered to customers’ doorsteps within 10 minutes.

Shortly after the announcement, Blinkit received an unexpected request from a customer. This person suggested an unconventional idea: turn a regular delivery into a gaming session by coordinating the PlayStation 5 release date with the delivery company. The incident occurred when a customer made a unique query to Blinkit’s customer support team.
The Zomato-owned company shared a video of a chat between a user and its customer chat support. A user shared a screenshot showing that they can only order the PS 5 through the app under certain conditions. When asked about the conditions, the customer replied: “Only if Ryder comes back and plays FIFA with me.” He also said: “I need someone to train with so I can beat my friends later.”
The humorous exchange also caught the attention of Blinkit CEO Albinder Dindesa, who responded with a face and palm emoji.
