Sara’s Time Inside the House

Sara, the wife of celebrity coach Arfeen Khan, spent three intense months in the Bigg Boss house, where she often found herself at the center of controversies. Known for her fiery temperament, Sara faced several clashes, notably with Karanvir Mehra and Avinash Mishra. She admitted that the show pushed her to emotional extremes, but she now understands it as part of the competitive environment.

“Bigg Boss is designed to test your limits. People want drama, not love stories. My aggressive behavior was my way of setting boundaries and playing the game,” Sara told The Indian Express.

The Karanvir Mehra Clash

One of the most contentious moments came during a task when Sara accused Karanvir of physical violence, which left her with scratches on her back. While she initially considered legal action, Sara has since reconsidered, stating, “I realized it was part of the game. I don’t want to ruin someone’s life over this. If Karanvir had basic respect for women, maybe he wouldn’t have been divorced twice.”

Targeted for Being a Mind Coach

Sara also opened up about being targeted for her and her husband’s profession as mental coaches. She claimed co-contestants Avinash Mishra and Karanvir Mehra frequently attacked her personal and professional credibility. “They tried to use our profession against us, spreading narratives to isolate us emotionally. But mental coaches are humans too. We can break down emotionally just like anyone else,” she said.

Life After Bigg Boss

Despite the controversies, Sara reflects on her time in the Bigg Boss house as a learning experience. “The show tests your emotional resilience. I lost my cool many times but always found a way to bounce back,” she shared.
