Avenue Supermarts soars on reporting 20% rise in standalone revenue in Q4FY24

Avenue Supermarts is currently trading at Rs. 4630.00, up by 170.35 points or 3.82% from its previous closing of Rs. 4459.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 4567.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4655.00 and Rs. 4546.20 respectively. So far 1099 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4,646.75 on 04-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3353.05 on 18-May-2023.

Avenue Supermarts Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 4646.75 and Rs. 4400.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 290204.17 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.65%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.48% and 8.88% respectively.

Avenue Supermarts (DMart) has reported a 19.89% increase in its standalone revenue from operations at Rs 12,393.46 crore in the fourth quarter of Financial Year 2023-24 (Q4FY24). The company had registered standalone revenue from operations of Rs 10,337.12 crore in Q4FY23. The total number of stores as of March 31, 2024 stood at 365.
