Jaipur : Lieutenant General Dhiraj Seth, Army Commander South Western Command reviewed the operational preparedness of Ranbankura Division during the conduct of Exercise Anant Vijay. Exercise Anant Vijay was conducted by the troops of Ranbankura Division in the vast expanses of Thar Desert from 20th April to 22nd May 2024.

During the exercise the division executed various operational maneuvers validating combined arms operations and integrated employment of ground and airborne resources. The exercise also validated various Tactics, Techniques and Procedures evolved consequent to induction of niche and cutting edge technologies. The exercise witnessed active participation of Army Aviation and Indian Air Force assets alongwith other forcemultipliers.
The Army Commander lauded the steadfast resolve and unwavering commitment to duty exhibited by all ranks of Ranbankura Division. He also commended their exceptional operational readiness despite the daunting challenges posed by the rugged terrain and extreme weather conditions.
