Apple has announced two new wireless audio products: Beats Solo Buds and Beats Solo 4. These newly launched audio products are compatible with Apple and Android devices and support USB Type-C charging. The Beats Solo Buds are said to offer seamless one-touch pairing and offer up to 18 hours of playtime. Beats Solo 4 is the successor to Beats Solo 3 with an improved design. The device comes with personalized spatial audio capabilities with dynamic head tracking and is said to offer up to 50 hours of battery life.
Beats Solo Buds, Beats Solo 4 Price, Availability
The Beats Solo Buds are priced at $79.99 (approximately Rs. 6,700) and will be available in the US from June this year. It is available in four color options: Polar Purple, Matte Black, Storm Gray and Clear Red.
Meanwhile, the Beats Solo 4 is currently available in the US on Apple’s official website for $199.99 (approximately Rs. 16,700) and will start shipping from May 2nd. There are three colors: cloud pink, matte black and slate blue.
Beats Solo Buds specifications and features
The Beats Solo Buds feature dual-layer drivers and laser-cut vents that are said to improve audio performance. The wireless headphones are said to be available in four eartip sizes: XS, S, M and L, and enable seamless one-touch pairing. The headphone’s “b” button also supports customizable features on the phone, allowing users to control music and volume, answer calls and launch associated voice assistants with a simple press of a button. These adjustments and more can be controlled via the Beats mobile app.
The Beats Solo Buds charging case supports USB Type-C connection. It is said to offer a battery life of up to 18 hours. It is said that charging the headphones for 5 minutes will result in 1 hour of playtime. With an iPhone 15 or a supported Android device, you can also charge the headphones directly from your phone, tablet or laptop, Apple says.
Beats Solo 4 specifications and features
The Beats Solo 4 wireless headphones feature 40mm drivers and personalized surround sound with dynamic head tracking. It also features adjustable sliders and angled earcups for a comfortable fit. You can use the “b” button on the headphones to control playback and volume, manage calls and start your voice assistant. These are also compatible with the Beats app.
These headphones are said to have a battery life of up to 50 hours and can play for up to 5 hours after just 10 minutes of charging. Beats Solo 4 also supports a wired connection via a 3.5mm audio cable. The weight of these headphones is 217 grams.
